REO Purchase Loan Escrow today

I had a loan signing with a couple who purchased a BofA REO...the place was a mess, two guys showed up and "broom" cleaned the floors, ran water in the kitchen sink and took pictures of the stove I guess BofA is giving them a credit for. The couple is just delighted to moving out of their small 1 bedroom apartment with their two small children into a three bedroom townhouse.

Interesting, new lender was none other than BofA, 3.375, borrowers first time buyers...I expect we'll see more of these now that BofA has stepped up foreclosures.
