Sch: Uh, East Coast
Me: Charlotte is on the East Coast

Me: Where are you calling me from
Sch: Phillipines
Me: Thank you for calling but I'm not interested
I'm refusing all outsourcing companies. I'm not putting the schduleder down, he's working. I'm disappointed in the company that goes out of country.

Yes, they outsourced scheduling about 6 months ago.
At first I thought it was India, but I found out later it's the Phillipines.
Yes, it's a shame that more jobs are going off-shore. IMO we can thank computers for that.
