Has anyone recently had problems with ServiceLink paying? This is the very first time that I've had a
problem. When I finally got paid from them from December, 2012 -- they shorted me! WHAT THE???
Is vendor billing having accounting issues or what?

In all seriousness, they are going around the US conducting seminars from what I've been reading on this forum over the past few days. They should have the checkbook in tow.

I dont work for ServiceLink, although I do get some of their orders via a SS. I dont like how they conduct business.

I went to the seminar in Fresno about a week ago. Found it informative. There were 25 people there, I believe 30 were invited. I've not had problems with them and I'm paid well.

I have no problems with the e-invoice portion but that manual invoice CAN BE a PITA!

IME, if I invoice correctly, I get paid correctly. For example, received check today for signing of 2/8/13. That signing required I DO NOT status online but that I DO e-invoice. The closing coordinators are usually very helpful in clarifying procedure for that particular signing.

As to shorting of fees: Did SL advise you as to why? If not, did you question it?

As I've stated before, my only experience has been with the SL side that I enter an e-invoice on their website.

Call vendor services & asked why you were shorted. Maybe the scheduler entered the wrong fee amt for that closing for you. There really is no rhyme or reason w/ Service Link's payment or billing system.
