Servicelink has a giant site - it has everything on it you need.

They take prompt action as long as you provide the information - date of signing, order #, etc.

This isn't hard. You have to look up things.

Best way to contact SL is through email. This was discussed at the seminar. They don't have the time to answer phones, but they are in front of their computers on a constant basis.
