I have worked for Mark Flemming at Signature Closers for many years and I have to say they are one of my top favorite companies to work for. Their docs come over in PLENTY of time and are rarely ever late and they pay on time. They are also receptive to phone calls, it's easy to reach someone or they always call you back or respond to email.

We have been working with Signature Closers for quite some time. They are definitely on our Top Notch list. Good in every aspect - timely docs, timely payments, and very pleasant to work with.

I too consider Signature to be one of my top companies. Have been working with them for the past 18 months or so. They pay fast, have good lenders/title compnaies, and work with you on scheduling.

Did anyone else's Friday here in NJ turn out to be a disaster...it was so scary here. I did a 180 in the middle of the highway. Thank G*d no one was around me....I guess that's what I get for driving a "tin box..lol" Literally, a Scion XB. It looks like a tin box...lol
