Signature Closers
I absolutely love this signing company. They forward me the confirmation and documents timely. Should I have anyu questions, they respond promptly. Payment is made also on a timely basis. It's just too bad that when signing companies get a "bad rap" that the end user (the customer) doesn't understand their part in this process.
I think this is one of the better companies I have agreed to sign under.

Why so desperate?
Ditto, NJDiva.
The sad thing is that Signature Closures, which evidently has encouraged all its signing agents to shill on NR and SC, doesn't really need to do this. It's a completely inappropriate use of NR. It's advertising, It's amateurish. And it only detracts from Signature Closures' reputation. They should understand this, as should their minions of notaries inappropriately inundating this board with this petty silliness.
Last time we had this onslaught of "I Love so and so signing service, They pay on time, and docs are never late. Oooh, Oooh, Oooh," it was from U.S. Certified, the idiots who unsuccessfully sued a fellow notary, James Dawson (Notary Signer).

I think what happens GG is that sometimes when a reputable
company, who has worked hard to get that rating by being straight up, working diligently to secure that reputation, and then someone comes on and trash talks, those that work for them and know them to be reputable become passionate and want to defend.
I get that. But what ends up happening, as you mentioned, is that it ends up being overkill and can be perceived as "ratings fixing" and underhandedness. We all know there are enough companies out there that we have to watch out for. Doing this type of thing could potentially put them in that category.
As is mentioned, SC is an incredibly valuable tool and really needs to stay on the up and up. I honestly believe that loyal notaries just wanted to express their support. I sincerely don't believe there to be any "shenanigans". They come by their reputation honestly which is why people need to stop DESTROYING their reputation by going on and on.
So whatdoya say? Can we please let this rest now? lol

Re:Blessing in disguise....I can call them anything I WANT
and there is nothing they can do about it because it's true and proven in court. More importantly it set a precedent for all of us and let us know we have the poser to get a SS FIRED!!!
I have learned soooo much since this case that it really works in my favor if there is a delay in payment. Recently another notary alerted me about a SS who hadn't paid her (my payment was also late from them) so I forwarded them the case file and bingo, payment was FedEx'd to her and I had to sign for mine. I have NOT had a payment problem since.
Yes, U.S. Certified stiffed me for $225.00. Michael will always owe me and I will always be in his @&*

Just to be clear, it was US Certified that stiffed and tried
to sue our notary James, not Sig Cl.

Very suspicious--37 posts in SC today! & that can't be
coincidental. Great co. or not, this is clearly a manipulation of the rating system!

Re: Very suspicious--37 posts in SC today! & that can't be
I don't care how you classify it the bottom line is that they are a quality company to work with and that is all that matters. That is not a manipilation that is a fact as the people who postetd their comments stated.

This forum doesn't permit "advertising", so clearly these
posts were "encouraged" by someone.

"I don't care how you classify..." NO ONE IS DEBATING THAT
AT THIS POINT. What people ARE debating is the authenticity of the posts. If everyone would just stop already the damage wouldn't continue to the reputation of the company...my g*d!!!

Re: Very suspicious--37 posts in SC today! & that can't be
The issue, Ed, is why so many people who rarely if ever post here, have all of a sudden come out of the woodwork like lemmings and all have posted comments about the same company. It screams of manipulation.
I've never worked for Signature Closers (I don't think - at least not for many years) and I have nothing against them. But if you've been lurking here for a while, you know the way the board works. This sudden bubble of positive feedback about any company has never happened by coincidence on this forum.

I agree! Guess that's one way to get your rating up, but
not exactly ethical IMHO. This type of activity sends up all kinds of "red" flags in my book.

By far the best sigining company to do business with. I have nearly 30 years experience in the real estate financing industry and have not run into a better company to work with. They respond promptly to any e-mails or questions you may have and the people that work there are all top notch. They also are very organized and timely with fee payments. They are so good to work with I will go the extra mile for them just because I respect them that much. As a matter of fact I really don't much care to do business with anyone else but them. My advise is to work with them any chance you get you will be very happy you did.

I hope you all realize this is probably hurting that co.
more than it's helping them, IMO. Any "great" or "best" co. doesn't need to resort to these kind of tactics.

Not so fast. They are a good co., and I have no idea
what caused this blitz on the forum. We don't know that the co. was behind this, after all. I've worked with them, and never had a problem.

I have been working with Signature Closers for 3 years, I'd like to commend them on what a great company they are. Their reasonable fees, professionalism and friendly demeanor deems them to be my top rated signing co. Negotiating fee's is not an issue, if a loan package is fairly large they offer to up the fee, I can appreciate their fairness and appreciation for their Notaries. They are always a pleasure to work with.
