Here is their website. http://signingtrac.com/
They cut out the middleman and lowball fees. They also send out blanket emails. Just received one at midnight 3/9. It is a Refi and within my travel range but only offered $75.
I replied this morning with my fee and expectations for delivery of the e-docs so we will see if I get it or if it goes to someone else. I will say the signing is not 'til Thursday 3/14 so they did give a nice heads up.
Giving them one chance to see how it goes. If I get the signing, I will add additional comments with details about getting the docs and being paid. Not holding my breath.

I replied to an email request for a $75 signing. I called and offered to perform the signing for $95. I received an email about 15 minutes later saying they can assign it to me for $95. I responded accepting the job and fee. I left for a signing. I received an email 1.5 hours later saying the job has been filled. I would say they found someone cheaper and cut me out.
Just like me accepting the job and cancelling them for a different higher paying job. Bad business practice across the board. How can you trust them. Cannot.
