Agreed, it really depends on the area in which you cover. I am out in the sticks. There are some weeks that I can have 5 closings and other weeks I have none. Hence, the reason this is part-time for me. I can only do this at night and on weekends.

Absolutely depends on your geographic area, whether or not this is part time/full time for you, distance you are willing to travel, etc.

This is part time for me and most notaries in my area (north Louisiana). However, notaries in the southern part of the state can average 5 closings a day.
