TC's working on President's Day?

Do any TC's work on President's Day? I know banks are closed. I have a signing scheduled for 5pm tomorrow, no docs yet, and wondering if chances are that this is going to end up being a reschedule.

I have 2 funding tomorrow that I did Fri and Sat. I promised to get docs dropped for Mon delivery otherwise I would have to fax back pkg. No thanks

I have been on hold for FASS for 30 minutes now and no one is answering. My closing is at 10:00 am with an hours drive...yea that's gonna happen. Was called Sat. for this signing....asked then if docs were ready...of course the scheduler had no idea. When I called the title line at the time they were suppose to be open the recording said they were closed!

I'm not sure about TC's but a SS did call me this morning. Also, I had a mortgage signing at a local Chase Bank branch on Friday and they had a sign out that said they would be open MONDAY!!!

Chase did this last year too. The only bank in Santa Barbara open on President's Day! No work for me today, except at home.

Title Source was open. They called me this morning to make sure I had docs all set to go for my 8am signing. Then again, they sent me the doc link Sunday morning at 8 am.. Not sure if they ever take a day off. lol.
