This month is a write off

Unless the flood gates open, nada for today and it is mid month close time. This is what my savings would carry me over, but since I had to dig into it for Sandy back in December March will be a tough one.

Nearly 30 days without a Title Source appointment, called other vendors and just as slow. I would need to avg 3/day for rest of the month to make the numbers.

I feel your pain, but I have had an excellent December, January, and February, so far. I thought the business would slow down after the first of the year, but it hasn't. Of course, we in Ohio didn't have Sandy to deal with or the current snow that you are dealing with on the East Coast. All fo that has to be dragging your business down.

Not what I experienced

Feb has been a littler slower but January was the best month on record (7 Years) prior best record was Dec. so I can't complain.
