Title resource group

Has anyone received work from TRG in the last month?

I was getting at leat 5 or more a week from them and all of a sudden this month I have not heard from them.

Also this last week is very slow for me in NC so far I have 1 scheduled for the week and I usually have at leat 8 or more by now.

Anyone else slowing down?

Different companies - Title Resource Group and Title Source

This morning's posting was about Title Source (TS), which is quite different from Title Resourse Group (TRG) of this posting. To answer the question, no, I've not heard from TRG in a few months, not since I finally received payment after slightly over 100 days of waiting. I promise to not call them, and hope they'll not call me. Title Source, on the other hand, can call me each day, and I hope they will!

They may be different companies, but the real question, as I

perceived it, has anyone experienced a general slowdown....in addition to TRG, etc.

Anyway - that's my point. IMO, this person came here without reading first to judge the 'climate' as it were. I could be wrong, have been wrong many times, but I know I got this 1/2 right.

Heard from them twice during February. I never had a problem working for them and have always received payment 7-10 days from the date of signing.

Title Resource Group is a company to stay AWAY from! They are on my "Do Not Answer" list. Late, sloppy docs, too many calls checking about the same signing, but mainly sloooooooow pay. If you call or email asking about payment they sound concerned but never get back to you. My last straw was 1 signing in Aug & 2 in Oct; finally received the payment at the end of Dec. Never again!
