That's true ... unless loan doesn't fund.

My experience with them had always been very positive. Until this last signing. It's my fault I did not stipulate with them that I get paid regardless of loan funding.

They haven't said they won't pay. They only stated file hasn't disbursed yet as there's a glitch in the loan.

Update to my last post where Vantage Point may not pay on order which hasn't disbursed.

Email 2/15/13 from escrow officer I've been dealing with as I inquired again today if loan has disbursed: "No it did not but I have submitted a pre-disbursement check for you. So I should be able to mail it out by Monday to you."

Yet again, Vantage proves to be a 5-star company!
