What is Green Tree up too?

Did my 9am signing Quicken loan/servicer Green Tree. Did my 4pm signing tonight doc's looked like Ally Bank. Borrower said no it was GMAC. OK I say didn't GMAC buy Ally bank not too long ago? Borrower did not know but he said that Green Tree just bought GMAC.

Green Tree won the GMAC mortgage servicing rights when GMAC went into bankruptcy.
