I wouldn't be so quick to say that only low ballers email. I now have 3 TC's send me a text, email or just send it to me without calling. I love it. Gotta have a smartphone and its the wave of the future. Yes, I do get mass emails too from a couple companies but I just ignore them. It's so much easier to ignore an email than a live person.

I would surmise that they're not mass emailed out to the first bidder are they? And furthermore do you have to bid?
