When ordered in cases of 10, 20 or 30 reams, the price for Quill letter-sized copy paper is $2.99. Visit their web site, click Specials at the top of the page, and then Paper Specials.
I don't really pay attention to paper deals, but they e-mailed me this and it seemed decent.

I am so old, I remember $.99/ltr and $1.19/legal--Quill, too
Was paid a lot better back then, too! More than they're willing to go today. Progress--not.
