It's been my experience, however, that some companies "offer" a certain fee (usually low) but will agree to my much higher rates. For example, some here have complained about ServiceLink offering low fees. I can assure you, the lowest fee I've received from them is $175.

Just saying some of the companies' applications may say $75 per closing. It's up to YOU to counter-offer with your fees. Stand firm. If they need you, they'll agree and pay.
