Do a search here for them - they've been discussed

extensively.

I'm really surprised that for all the discussion about them they've never been added to SC. Unless I'm missing them somehow.

They cannot be added to SC because somebody at Altisource has a Notary account. I have mentioned this several times and called NR and was told it was going to be fixed. It never was. I believe it is Jared Morling. He is or at least was the Manager of the National Notary Network.
