American Freedom Assurance aka AFA Title are one in the same. I did 4 closings for them in recent months, and was paid for each in about 10 days. They met my fees without haggling, and paid fast, I would work for them anytime.

This is ones of those companies that seems to go back and
forth with paying on time, then having serious issues, then paying on time, then having serious issues. I don't work for them any more (I did one when and then they went through a serious issue phase) so I don't have any recent experience with AFA.

I had one he** of a time getting paid from them. The owner even called me. Got my check, then the next time they called I had the same problem getting paid. They may have turned around, but am not going through that again, EVER.
