An Interesting E-Mail
Today, I received an email from Real Advantage.
This must be my day for emails and phone calls.
Real Advantage, effective immediately, is reducing all notary fees to $100.
We now have two choices. Take it, or leave it.
Why is this interesting? Well if you read the various title news bulletins (www.thetitlereport.com), I just read recently where title companies are reporting record earnings. They are practically shovelling money into bins. Fidelity now loans money, and owns over unrelated 12 companies. If you eat at Village Inn or a host of other restaurants, you are eating at Fidelity. Mmmmmmm.
