Announcement
We are pleased to announce that we are merging operations with “SUNSHINE SIGNING CONNECTIONS”Effective Jan 7, 2013. In an effort to grow the business, improve our service to our existing customers through improved technology, additional staff, expanded hours of operation, this was a viable direction for myself and my company.
SUNSHINE SIGNING CONNECTIONS is owned and operated by Herb & Crystal Willis who have extensive title experience, having worked for a large national title company for several years prior to opening their signing agency in Florida. Having been in business since 2005, they employ a staff of (12), can accept closings anywhere in the US including Alaska, and have arranged for closings in several international countries. SUNHINE SIGNING is well prepared to accommodate TRANS STATE’S clients and closings.
Notaries who may have been listed with us, but not registered should register at www.sunshinesigningconnection.com and register as a notary.
I cannot express the pleasure I have had since 2003 communicating and working with so many wonderful and fantastic people as you. It has always been my policy “take care of your notaries, and they will take care of you”. This is indicative of the success I have had for almost 10 years as a signing agency with a very good reputation.
I will be working closely with SSC staff during the transition period, and will be doing some marketing and client retention through 2013. You never know, I may be in your areas during client visits. Don’t be surprised if you get a call from me.
I wish you all continued success and appreciate your friendship, your professionalism, your cooperation and all your assistance to go above and beyond with our clients.
All my best wishes to you and your families.
Sincerely,
Jim Coffey Trans State Services, Inc.

Their agreement contains many requirements from the Notary, BUT NO statement about their fees and a promise about payment what can be done if they don't pay. And of coures a "cute" little test of you knowlege. As usual. most of the answers can be answer several ways.

My records show Sunshine as a "no sign/show/fund-NO PAY" company. Might want to be careful out there.

Sunshine requires that you call them before leaving, if the borrower refuses to sign. I have never had a no pay issue with them.

Then I stand corrected and apologize....Let's hear from the
horse's mouth. I never had a pay problem with them, but that 'fact' got into my records somehow.

They use the coffee site, so if you are listed there, they have your info.

I have worked for them a couple years back when I first started. From what I recall very pleasant but very low pay.

Low fees/Sunshine is correct. Transtate always paid well.
They are very nice but fees offered are very low. Don't forget .....we are not non profit organizations. LOL.

Really? Your idea of "paid well" is so off the mark.

Good for you - our Orlando market was $100...many others
pay better. When I wanted more, the scheduler told me I was out of line.....like it was coming out of her pocket. One of those "we pay" vs. "I charge" issues you could say.

I don't think I've ever worked for Sunshine, but ...
Sunshine in my folder makes me happy Sunshine on my phone can make my day Sunshine on the road will keep me hummin’ Sunshine is the best thing I can say.
If you had a job that you could give to me I’d give you work like you’ve not seen before If you had a signing I could do for you I’d do it well so you would give me more.
Sunshine in my folder makes me happy Sunshine on my phone can make my day Sunshine on the road will keep me hummin’ Sunshine is the best thing I can say.
If I had an invoice I could send to you It would be thing of beauty, I assure. It would be like all the work I’d do for you – Clean, always error-free, and pure.
Sunshine in my folder makes me happy Sunshine on my phone can make my day Sunshine on the road will keep me hummin’ Sunshine is the best thing I can say. Sunshine is the best thing I can say. Sunshine is the best thing I can say.
With apologies to John Denver

They just keep coming, and I can't stop 'em
YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE
The other night, guys, as I was working I thought you might have gone away, But then I re’lized I was mistaken And I raised my head and I smiled.
You are my Sunshine, beloved Sunshine You give me work when others don’t. You’ll never know, guys, how much I’m grateful. Leave you? I won’t! I won’t! I won’t!
I’ll always serve you, and do your closings. If you’ll just keep a steady flow. Say what? You’ve found another, And his fees are low, low, low?
You are my Sunshine, beloved Sunshine You give me work when others don’t. You’ll never know, guys, how much I’m grateful. Leave you? I won’t! I won’t! I won’t!
We’ve talked about it; you want to keep me Because my work’s the very best. No lowball agents will stain your records, Like other outfits they infest.
You are my Sunshine, beloved Sunshine You give me work when others don’t. You’ll never know, guys, how much I’m grateful. Leave you? I won’t! I won’t! I won’t!
With apologies to Jimmie Davis (who says no apology is enough to cover a transgression this great)
