Mortgage read, "Jane Doe w/a/t/a Jane Brown". I have never, in my 14 yrs as a closer seen the w/a/t/a . I had her initial with the w/a/t/a as hey.. maybe it's something new!

Some of the Michigan counties will reject Who took title as for recording purposes. Not our problem though.
