Automatic Deposit, Negrete's
We are going to start asking our notaries about automatic deposit also. We are working with our bank on setting things up at this time.
There will be no charge to our notaries either, it is going to cost us 25 cents per transaction, that is a lot less than a stamp, check, envelope and staff stuffing and stamping all those envelopes.
We will keep all informed and updated as soon as we roll it out.

I think most notaries would love it. I certainly like LSI doing the same.

I would be on board to Tony, one suggestion is that you send an email to the notary when payment is submitted referencing the closing(s) that the payment covers.

I like it!
Seems to be the way more and more signing companies are going. Helpful to both notary and signing company. Need to itemize payment and send an email when deposit is made.
