Cancellations

Anhyone else out there experiencing a lot of cancellations? I have three so far this week and it looks like I might have another cancel today - all on the lender side. I find the borrower's are really frustrated when this happens.

I've had one cancel this week because docs were not ready. A bit annoying considering I had to turn down another job earlier because the time slot was already booked. Other than that, everythings been right on schedule.
