Did 10 closings Friday, finally...

completing the last doc at 11:45pm. Been awhile since I'd done that many, but the document gods came through with timely paper, so they all worked out. Then was up half the night getting investment doc packages prepped to go out Saturday, before going out again to appts at 8 & 9am.

22 signings in 3 days - reminded me of the olden (and golden) times.

Got home to find a large check from NREIS in the mailbox, catching me up in full from last summer. A nice kicker!

they still owe me for money from this month in 2012. How were you successful in collecting? I've tried everything. Well I think I have. I must not have though.

If you did business directly with them, they are in receivership. You may need to submit a claim to eventually collect pennies on the dollar.
