Recieved this information from Notary Beware. I have not checked this out.
I have copied the Emails from Notary Beware & posed them here.

I just received a letter this morning that says FLEX Closing Corporation is going bankrupt and blames NREIS of Pittsburgh which is now closed with no money to pay them. I guess this means that both companies are now deadbeats.

fyi.. I have had several order request from mortgage docs. Their client was nreis....so beware of mortgage docs..they may be affected if nreis isn't paying them.

This does not surprise me in the least. I was getting calls all last year from FLEX for NREIS closings. So glad I stopped taking anything from NREIS last year & turned anything back that had their name on the HUD.
