FL notaries - HB1223 provides for specialty driver license

and id card program. For $25 the DMV will issue department approved DL/IDs to "qualified applicants". The availability must include "at a minimum" all state or independent universities in FL, FL professional sports teams and US military services.

Sounds similar to the specialty license plates available now

I think Florida has one of the largest varieties of specialty license plates currently available and now they're headed in the same direction with driver's licenses?

How much more difficult do they want to make it for us to verify that a license is genuine?

Time to buy a new ID Guide...
