I just called them about mine leaving streaks on the paper and printing slow. They are sending me a label to ship it back and will replace it when they get the old one back. So far, so good with their wanting to keep me happy. I was so relieved that I do not have to pay to ship it back.

Discount electronics shipped out a replacement that is due today. They put in a claim to UPS that printer had been damaged in shipment. I was told to just dump it. I wonder if I can use the extra shelf on a different HP printer to convert it to a two tray printer.

Anyway they were very good about sending a replacement, hope this one works okay.

I am glad that you are all happy with the customer service from Discount Electronics. I got mine on Monday. I haven't had a chance to set it up yet. I will by this weekend.

Well it arrived I set it up, won't print I get print error code dot4-001. Hopefully there tech support can assist.

It wasn't what I expected but I'm happy.

It worked immediately. It's just bigger and older than I imagined. But for the price I paid - no complaints. I can't get over the size of the paper drawers. Whoever posted the original notice, thanks again.

Where did you all find the printer driver? I bought one of these as well, but I am having trouble finding the driver online. I have 2 computers each hooked up to 2 printers and I am using my older computer for this printer. It is not finding it when I try to add it.

Please let me know where I can find the printer driver.
