anyone "highlight" the HUD, or go into so much detail about it and wouldn't do that.
We each have our own methods, of course. I understand this is a basic training video. I thought it came across as condescending to the borrower. Also, I don't answer my phone when I'm in the shower. ;-)

What I am about to state will most likely (at least on this forum) insight the wrath of any number of members. Be that as it may, I felt I needed to respond.

Your organization, in one way or another, competes with this one. As such, I find it highly unprofessional of you to even consider such a post. If you read the complete previous thread message #448355, you will find the original poster made every effort to apologize. Further you will see that several regarded members of this forum came to her support. One such was:

(Hugh)... "Carol Ray started her signing agent training business from scratch. Within a relatively short period, she has put together a well-rounded program that appears to turn out a graduate better qualified than most such programs. She's done some things differently than I would have done, she's done some things better than I would have done, but the critical thing is that she has DONE them. That's more than I can say, and I gather more than anyone who has contributed to this thread can say."

I do not see, anywhere on your forum that this task has been undertaken. Prior to this post, I had held your firm in high regard, please don't put me in a position to revise that.

I assume you are talking to me. First off, just so we are clear, I am a notary/signing agent first and formost. And yes, I do work for the other site, but I do not own it. But, I am also a member there just like I am a paying member here. I buy all of my supplies here and pay for membership so I feel I have earned the right to post if I so desire. I also have referred MANY to this site over the years. And it seems that you are not a member of the other site a so I am baffled as to why it would concern you one way or the other as to why I would post here or there. Not that I owe you any explanation for my actions (but I will give it anyway) I choose to post this here because I wanted to see if anyone had seen it and I wanted some feedback from others. I also tried to post this in the other forum but it was not working properly.

Despite the fact Carmen is an employee of that crazy guy who owns the number site, she is a member here and used to participate in NR discussions. I found her input and insight valuable and informative and wish she hadn't stopped participating. Perhaps this wasn't the best subject to "reintroduce" herself since the video was covered and re-covered and re-re-covered a few threads earlier; still, I for one would like to see Carmen come back and add her two cents to things around here on occasion.

As you and I both know, you dont have to say or do anything to be attacked here. And now I remember why I stop posting.

Some may feel that I disrespected Harry by posting this link to another (so called competing site..which IMO is hardly the case). But it was not my attention to disrespect Harry in any way. I heard about the video and wanted some feedback. Obviously others felt the same as I was late in posting and it had already been posted several times. Harry is a big boy and if he felt that I was out of line, rest assured he would have removed it.

But hey some things never change...

As I mentioned a couple days ago, I waited for one day before posting this. The issue I had with you posting is the fact that the subject you posted caused problems a couple days earlier. I felt you were just trying to stir up problems. If not, I apologize to you in advance. Had you posted it on the numbers site first, I would not have had an issue with it. I did check and there were a few other new posts on the site when you posted.

I am a paying member on the numbers site. The owner of that site is constantly sending emails to all of the members of that site saying we have to log in every 90 days or we will be removed from the site even though we are paid up for a year in advance. Then we are constantly getting messages to read the forum there. That is why I was wondering why you posted it here and not on your own site.

The last time you posted here was 3 1/2 years ago. I always read your posts in the past and you always had very good information to contribute.

I have every respect for the nbrs forum. I am an member of a number of other groups and sites of theirs.

However: "make them mad," suggests to me, that there are any number of people on this forum that (under normal circumstances would comment as though the very earth was imploding) seem to feel that if their attitude runs contrary to theirs (or hers) that some type of evil will befall them. It doesn't bother me, I have no interest in Signing Companies, what does is how I perceive professionalism and ethics.

Yes, this subject may have been incorrect for her to come back to this particular forum. Her (previously unknown to me) input is most likely one of positive impact and knowledge, however; my original comment dealt strictly with the fact that she is an employee of an organization that is in essence competing (on whatever level) for business. I felt the post was out of line.

Carmen... yes, absolutely, you do have every right to post here... it's just Not Anything you want. As with your forum, there are rules of decorum... please note the first thing you were asked upon posting...
