I received my printer that some of us ordered a couple weeks
ago. I am not happy at all. After setting up the trays, I printed about 20 pages of letter and legal. There is such a pause in between sizes when printing. It is also very slow. There is also black streaks down the sides of all the pages. Did anyone else get theirs yet and what is your experience?
I'm going to mess with it today, but I will be calling the company on Mon and probably sending it back. Dang.

"pause between sizes" - maybe need to max out memory? Copperhead did that..
"Black streaks" - try new toner?
All that said - are the trays sturdy, Linda, or are they flimsy like the Brother trays? Does the printer seem more solid than the Brothers?

I know what your price was. Recently I ordered a refurbished 4350 HP DTN laser and love it. 64ppm, performs like a champ and $400 plus tax, no shipping.
I love HP...been using their products since inception of HP in the printer world.

My com puter guy said that happens when we don't use an OEM cartridge. Maybe you need a cartridge from a different company? I personally use a refurb.

I have set up my printer, only two problems one second tray came with a large crack (no big deal can use that wonder tool duct tape)
Prints fast and no streaking but there is a bad grinding sound coming from where cartridge is seated. Have reset cartridge and have tried a new cartridge with no success. Open for suggestions. I have a call into company but they are closed on Sunday/
