i know there was some questions earlier in the week about this. there is no request or place for a date so don't date it.

IF sig line say's sign and date then yes. Usually not dated. n/m

I've had loans where they state that if the borrows date on the signature line of the note, the loan will be rejected. My rule, if they want something dated, they'd better put a (date) at end of signature line or a specified date line. Our job is to get it signed, they are not hiring us for quality control.
