Insured Closing

Do anyone know what the deal is with Insured Closing? They owe me and they are not answering any calls or emails. They were good to me for a minutes their BUT now I can not get paid.

I used to sign for Insured Closings when I very first started my notary signing business three years ago and I knew nothing about the Signing Central rating system. They were always a little slow on payment, but I always got paid. As time went by, they kept getting slower and slower on paying me. I would have to call to see where my payment was and I would always get a different story. Last year was the final straw for me when I saw all the slow pay, no pay, and bounced checks comments on Signing Central. After almost four months of repeated invoicing, numerous telephone calls, and a whole lot of bull crap excuses, I finally threatened to report Susan to the Ohio Secretary of State's Office, The Ohio Attorney General's Office, and her local county attorney's office for theft by swindle. She was hiring notaries for services provided and not paying them or paying them with bounced checks and there was a very long history of it. I received my check by the end of the week and I have never heard from them again.....thank God because I would never do another closing for that woman or her company again.
