No Info on them. Has anyone worked for them?

If you are asking about the one in RI then they are fair paying and pays within 30 days or less.

If this is the same Liberty Title I dealt with through a SS, they advised me to have a client sign their mortgage papers without two witnesses present because the client couldn't have witnesses present (not sure why they "couldn't"... More like they "wouldn't"). I responded that I would proceed in that manner only as soon as they sent that directive to me in writing. They did. I let them know ALL the problems they would have regarding proceeding in this manner and that Louisiana requires 2 witnesses. Was told proceed anyway again. I alerted SS of the matter and CCd Title the entire exchange.

They're still trying to iron that one out and SS is sticking up for me. I could go on about this one, but I hope I provided some insight into their practices.
