I have never done business with them. They recently emailed me quoting a $50 base fee for refi's. I responded with a request to be removed from their data base.

My experience with them is low pay & slow pay

I found them evasive. they requir an invoice, then they keep changing the invoicing procedure, followed by a couple collection calls and finally they debate the agreed upon fee and pay short. I don't plan to continue working for them.

I did three for them last quarter of 2012. All paid as agreed, and they met my fee, which is not even close to $1XX (think alot more). You have to invoice them on the first of the month, for all invoices from previous month,etc. They call regularly, but will only meet my fee on ocassion. The higher fee is warranted given package size and fax backs.
