Monday Morning and it is only 8am

Please say the day will get better. Borrower calls me back to confirm, 6:45am ugh. Later appointment for today, all telephone numbers disconnected. Plus have one meeting at Applebees and only has a hour, sure hope docs are on time for this one.

Monday and 8am whole lot of thing could happen today.

Did I understand that a borrower called you at 6:45 a.m., and had disconnected phone contact numbers? Although I would not have answered that early since I am not a 24 hour service provider, to find that the provided contact numbers had been disconnected would make me question the process of the loan. Have you contacted your hiring party?

I find this quite often. It is usually a land line that is no longer in service because the borrower has switched entirely to the cell phone.
