Notary rotary NSA Course

I am putting together some NSA info for my daughter (in another state) as she is interested in learning the job. I looked at the Not/Rot training course and concluded that it does not provide certification. Would I be correct?

I thought about asking Harry, but decided to first see if the forum could answer the question and also give feedback if you feel it is necessary. I received training/certification from XXX before Notary Rotary provided the course.

Thanks.

Check out Msg #441243 and thread.

I am another who feels that certification helps the companies that provide the training.

Any "certification" you get is really only recognized by the people who sell it to you and can dupe others into thinking it means something. It doesn't - it's just marketing for them.

There is no nationally recognized certification, so I wouldn't make that a consideration for a training program. If the NotRot training program provides a solid background in how to do this job properly, that's all you need to know.
