Any recent comments from you notaries? Having issues getting paid for November applications when I was assured I would receive payment in 30 days. So tired of the BS.

It is my understanding you do not get paid for the application portion. You only get paid if the loan closes which we know is taking many months to close for some folks.

Not true, Michele - they called me once

they DO pay for the application portion and a separate fee for the closing itself - however they don't pay for it until the loan closes and payments range at 60 days or more.

That's what they told me on the phone. I declined.
