I was also amazed to get a call from them last week. I did not believe I heard correctly so I said did you say SOX. When she answered yes I was so surprised I just blurted out "Not in this life time" She did NOT seem surprised.

How do these companies stay in business? Insured Closings is another horrible one. Why are the title companies still using these companies?

Once in awhile I see their name pop up on my call log... but all of their calls go straight to my "black hole" -- I never hear my phone ring and their calls are automatically sent to a very specific recording. They don't even get the opportunity to leave a voice mail. The only way I know that they call is when I review my call log and I see it listed and I laugh. Once in a awhile they use a new number and I just tell them absolutely not and am done with it, adding that new number to the black hole list.
Google Voice is amazing for that.
