Sorry quick fingers.
Anyway signing confirmation says have borrowers sign their copy, loan will not fund unless they do. I have never heard of this. Has anyone else ever got this request, usually they can request a signed copy if needed.

How are they going to know if the BO signs their copy?

OMG - will it ever end? Reminds me of the one that says each BO must have their own copy, so essentially printing 3 sets. Remember that one?

It's kinda like the tag on a mattress that says

My dad was a jokester and I remember him telling me to never, ever remove them or they would come after me. I think I believed him till the first time I bought a pillow for my first apt at 25. lol

Okay, Signing Company called me back, after leaving a msg. They said no Borrowers does not have to sign. Asked why that was on bottom of confirmation, didnt know why. oh well

as large as these packages are getting, I think my BO's would riot if I asked them to also sign their copy.
