did a refi 11/26/2013 was paid 01/25/2013. This was after repeated
calls and emails. I wish I had not taken the order. I hate chasing
payments!

lol you did the same typo I did.

I worked for Signing Wiz back in the day. I think they are coming back cuz I got called by them to do a signing BUT the signing fell through due to LO not sending revised HUD and the BO who was Russian did not want to sign ANYTHING without the revised HUD and didnt care about the RTC. Now it seems they might be a problem account so I'll prepare my collection letter for them now. lol

He's known for non-payment. You might call the tc.

He used to be connected to a tc, but wouldn't know if it's the same one.

ValuAmerica is the TC. At least on the one I did. Also BofA was the lender.

Did a closing for him on 11/17/12 and just received payment 3 days ago. Had to send numerous emails before finally getting an answer and then received a check a couple of weeks later.
