I have done a few signings for them. They have paid me on all except the resigns that they agreed to. It does take about 35 days to get paid.

I did a closing on November 17, 2012 for SoCal and I still haven't gotten paid yet.....so that takes about 35 days to get paid comment is crap. I have sent two invoices, two telephone calls, and an e mail. Please send me my check Lisa.

Lisa does not pay and hasn't for a looooong time. She cheats everybody! This is common knowledge. Just ask Cheryl. So sorry.

Call and ask to speak to the big guy, Roger! Tell him you're reporting the nonpayment issue to their client, the escrow officer.

I must be lucky. I did two signings for them and got paid before 30 days on both of them. I guess miracles do happen. I was apprehensive because of the ratings but I figured, I'd give them a shot anyway. I just proceed with caution. These two signings were in my immediate neighborhood.
