You can bet, I am going to use that next time I get a call. I have gotten several for that lately, my only response is my minimum fee for that area is (either 100 or 125, depending on where and the lender). If you are unable to meet my fee, please remove me from your database.

The nerve of those companies. lol. I am definately going to use that phrase tho. I love it.
