Nope.... When faxbacks are required, they're normally short and sweet! Beside, Title Source's packages are so neat and they contain little repetition, if any, so I'm happy to do a little more than the required minimum. Even the instructions are short and simple, except for what appears to be a normal conflict about whether the ACH (automatic payment form) must be signed. For a signing today, instructions on three pages said that the form must be signed, whether the borrowers accept or decline to use automatic payment. A fourth form, the Notary Instructions, said that the form only needs to be signed IF the borrowers wish to use automatic payment. I don't care which way the instructions go, but it is annoying when the instructions are repeated AND are conflicting. Had a similar situation about whether to use legal or letter size paper, but only one or two said that legal paper must be used, while one other said to mix as per scanned format, if I have a dual tray printer. Overall, Title Source is my favorite, by far! If I could get a guaranteed two or three signings per day, from Title Source, I'd not have to deal with other compnies.
