What are your thoughts and opinions on closingboard.com. Spoke to SC today and they use it.

I don't like the whole "let's throw this out into the wind and whoever grabs it first wins" mentality, and hope it doesn't catch on.

I concur with Jillian. I took several Signing Agent Courses, and the two I completed with Notary2Pro were by far the best, and offered the best return on my investment. Carol Ray has worked hard to put together a really comprehensive course. I like the fact that she offers mentoring, which is something a lot of new notaries seem to be looking for. Her promotion of Notary2Pro graduates to signing companies is a definite plus. I know at least two of my biggest customers started using me because I completed this course.

I use to work for a BPO company that had the same setup, It's a love hate process. The good thing about that type of process, i was able to meet alot of good and hard working agents that i would send them orders before they hit the system. One of the down fall of that process you have greedy agents that take too much work, knowing they can not complete all the assignments they accepted.

in favor of the SSs and will drive down fees in an effort to get business. I like it the way it is where it is one on one to set up signings instead of a free for all with multiple NSAs chasing each and every signing like a bunch of hungry pups.
