One of last night's closing, borrower opens door and points to his flag pole and asks if I'm going to ask why his flag is half staff....so I ask and he says he's keeping it that way for 4 years until the current president is out of office... nothing like beginning on a hot button taboo subject.

Then today, I arrived at one of my closings and the husband lets me in and the wife is in the kitchen cutting another woman's hair. So I sit down and go over figures with husband and then wife comes over to sign and the customer says while pointing at me: "HEY! You closed my loan in Chesterfield this summer" and I guess I did. What are the chances of that?
