They have no scruples and are aiming to be the largest loan servicer out there. Chances are your next loan could be serviced by them.

Now that you mention Ditech...

Skylar Deleon, once a "processor" with Ditech was indicted for murder in 2009 for the death of the retired couple who sailed around the world on their yacht, had it up for sale, and Skylar took them to sea and tied them to their anchor, threw them overboard, and their bodies were never found.

He was a child actor.

There was another story about how he inflated his job at Ditech, but he was a minimum wage worker bee on the backend of the loan process. I heard horrific stories about working conditions at Ditech in Costa Mesa, CA.
