5370dw question
It's leaving dark intermittent lines on right side three of them . I have searched and found no answer. I clean the gears but they come back. Rest of page is fine.

As a test, try another drum and see if that makes a difference.

Mine did that and I cleaned the inside the printer and the drum. Changed toner and put back in printer. Now my printer is sitting unplug cuz it no longer works. I have to take it to a printer guy. I just went and bought a new printer. I miss my brother.

This printer has a 'Replace Drum' yellow light, wondering if
that has been triggered? Or, possibly the bulb burned out.
The Brother 5370DWT is the printer that I use regularly and simply LOVE it. I understand that it is obsolete and is no longer manufactured. The OEM parts are pricey, but worth the $$. I can normally save at least one-third off the MSRP by purchasing through Amazon.
Good luck and keep us informed please about your end result. Tnx

Re: To Ali
The drum light is not on. I will buy the drum and see what happens. Will take the printer to my x husband and have him clean it out for me. Thanks all.

mine did that it and it was toner cartridge
So now I use it for the borrower copy as the lines mind made were on the left at the very edge and not very dark, just dark enough that I didn't want to print lender/title copy with it.
I put in a good toner cartridge for the lender/title docs and then the one making lines for the borrower copy, and have it about used up now.
I did try a new drum first, but that wasn't the problem.

Update
I ordered a new drum put it in. Using the same cartridge. Now printing beautifully. The drum light had gone on a long time ago then just disappeared.
