6+ months and Im baffled

Ok I got an email to provide 3 APA for a signing that took place in Dec 2012. According to the email, I forgot to notarize the deed. Ummm if thats possible why are they just catching that over 6 months later? So I requested the docs that weren't notarized. Then I got an email stating after review of the docs, they were in fact notarized. Things that make me go hmmmm

Im pretty sure some notaries just send them over. But for me, I need to see what was not notarized and my APA will include that specific document, # of pages and who was name in the doc.

April fool's may have been 3 months ago but a fool is born everyday!!! lol
