Gas prices go up 3.5 cents per gallon in taxes today.

People, keep these small additional expenses in mind when you are figuring your fees. They add up like crazy.

Shucks, just hung up with Loan Processing Center, turned down $70 for refinance documents, I told her $125, she countered at $100. Had I known about gas cost increase, I could have included that too.

But they probably wouldn't pay me at all any way, without lots of emails, phone calls, etc. to collect my fee.

Yikes! I was in CA recently, and dealt with the sticker

shock at the pump. I paid $3.30/gal here today in VA. :-)
