Barracuda System - WFG Lender Systems

"WFG Lender Services has introduced an encrypted email process to comply with borrower/buyer/seller privacy policies. Emails that have been identified as likely to have sensitive and/or personal information will deliver to you now from The Barracuda System."

I did some brief research on the Barracuda email system and there are some glitches that come with it. I don't know if any are using it with other signing services. If so, your experience?

They also set up a new portal that sounds nice but you may want to research their Barracuda System before you decide to proceed. That and their "new policy" on lower rates.

I just got my first call from them on the new system this morning. It was fairly easy to navigate, but it took me a while to figure out how to download the docs (it's a tiny figure next to the search button). I also replied back to them in the "notes" section re; verification of signing appointment, and there's no way to tell if they received it, and they didn't reply that they did.

After printing out over 300 pages, they sent me an email canceling the assignment. I hope they plan on paying for the printing!
