Equity Settlement Services, NY, 2 star rating in 2011

Had a request to do 2 Affidavits in my neighborhood for $50. Did not find anything on them since 2011, with a 2 star rating. Not sure if I should have taken the chance.

I've done quite a few jobs for them. Always very nice, they will meet your fee and they pay within 30-35 days.

One of my first clients over 10 years ago, wish I could do more for them but seems when they call I am always booked already. Old days they paid within 2 weeks. They now cut a check 30 days after FUNDING never had an issue with them, even when others did a couple years ago. Use to be one of my biggest clients around 2002-2006 would do ten a week, I am lucky if I can do 2/month for them. I'm sure with the rate increase I will be more available for clients in the near future.
